Verdict
Ventusky combines multiple weather models, radar, satellite and webcams into a map-driven interface that reviewers repeatedly call intuitive. But several features that used to be free or included with a subscription are now paywalled, and some subscribers report losing access to options they'd already paid for.
Best for
Someone who wants a map-first weather view (sailors, pilots, storm watchers) comparing multiple forecast models rather than a simple daily forecast card.
Dealbreaker
Subscription pricing has shifted over time, with some paying users reporting they lost access to features they expected to keep, and basic things like thunderstorm data locked behind a paywall.
The facts.
