Verdict
Tomorrow.io has a clean, attractive interface and detailed forecasts, but key features like lightning and weather alerts are locked behind a subscription, and reviewers report notification bugs and slow customer support around cancellations.
Best for
Someone who wants a good-looking, detailed weather app and doesn't mind paying extra for alert features that competitors bundle for free.
Dealbreaker
Lightning and severe weather notifications are gated behind a paywall, and multiple reviewers say notifications break or turn themselves off even when paid for.
