Notebook - Diary & Journal App

Verdict

This is a straightforward journaling app, not a note-taking tool in the traditional sense — it's built for diary-style entries with a clean, book-like interface. Reviewers consistently praise its simplicity and the ability to export entries to another device, which matters for long-term journal keepers.

Best for

Someone who wants to keep a personal diary on their phone with years of entries and the ability to export or back up that history, not someone organizing work notes or to-do lists.

Dealbreaker

A small number of reviewers report crashes that can make recently written entries temporarily or permanently inaccessible.
