Verdict
Manual Camera 4 gives you direct control over focus, ISO, shutter speed, white balance, and flash, and reviewers who shoot RAW into Lightroom Mobile say the combo works well. It isn't rock solid though — a handful of reviews report crashes, including one mid-recording during an event.
Best for
Someone shooting RAW stills or slow-motion video on an iPhone or iPad who wants manual exposure and focus control feeding into a separate editing app like Lightroom Mobile.
Dealbreaker
Some users report the app crashing, including during long recording sessions, so it's risky for anything you can't reshoot.
